Comparison is blinding. Culture breeds it and the media feeds it. Comparison is debilitating because it takes our eyes off Jesus and puts them on ourselves. This passage of Scripture sheds light on how we see ourselves in comparison to those around us and how we are to see ourselves as followers of Jesus.
